DestinRealEstateCenter.com was founded with a very simple mission…. provide a single source where people can come for the latest, unbiased real estate information in Destin and surrounding areas. We encourage interaction in this blog and of course, opposing opinions.

Our Founder

The real estate blog was founded by Dr. Chris Anderson, a long time resident of the Gulf Coast. I have been actively involved in real estate both inside, and outside the area and have now participated in about $50M in real estate attractions.

I operate two active real estate web sites, www. GoZoneOnline.com and www.GetPreconstructionDeals.com. Between the two web sites, we have about 30,000 investors signed up to receive very specialized information about real estate investments.
